Annual colourful music festival for explorers and wanderers in Amersfoort.

Festival September Me is curated by Ragazze and makes Amersfoort the centre of classical music every year in the fourth weekend of September.

Especially for September Me, Theatre Flint will be transformed into a musical and atmospheric festival heart where you can get lost in an appealing in-depth programme and enjoy special festival menus.

September Me 2025 will take place from 25 to 28 September.

About September Me

This year the festival has been given the theme ‘Under Water’. With Flint as the vibrant festival heart, four days of concerts and performances in Flint, De Lieve Vrouw, Veerensmederij, Sint Aegtenkapel and Zwembad Amerena will give you the chance to go underwater.

Artist in Focus this year is none other than French composer and bassist Renaud Garcia-Fons; known for his virtuoso playing, use of a five-string bass and his unique blend of jazz, classical and world music.

Original concert forms, pleasantly loose presentation and a high level are the ingredients of September Me in any case. The Ragazze Quartet, artistic leader, provided a successful lustrum edition with a tastefully put together program that has the theme ‘Heroes’.
