Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and purchases and transactions through this website.
Use of the website
Visiting the Ragazze Quartet website is only permitted for the purpose of obtaining information about programmes, concerts, performances, events, the organisation and released music, and for the purpose of purchasing CDs and signing up as a donor or friend. It is not allowed to copy, download, broadcast or publish any content of the website or otherwise make it available without prior permission other than for personal and non-commercial use. Ragazze Quartet does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website, that the website is virus-free or that all information is error-free at all times.
Ragazze Quartet is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by visitors to the website or third parties as a result of visiting or using the website, including loss of data, loss of revenue and damage to reputation.
The names, images, photographs, videos, audio recordings and logos published by Ragazze Quartet on the website are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks. Copying, downloading or distributing such expressions is not permitted without permission.
Own sales Ragazze Quartet
Ragazze Quartet sells CDs and possible other merchandise via the website and also offers the possibility of a friends membership or donation. These products or transactions are subject to the sales conditions below:
Price
Ragazze Quartet sets its own price for CDs, merchanise and various forms of friends’ membership and has the right to change the price. Information regarding price and availability is provided without obligation and subject to change. All prices as stated on the website are in euros including VAT, but excluding shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Sales and delivery of CDs
CDs are sold through the website via an order form.After completion of the order and receipt of payment, the ordered CDs are sent to the address provided by the customer. In principle, ordered CDs are sent within a week; if this is not possible due to circumstances, we will try to send a message in good time. Should the order have been delivered to a different address by the postal company because the customer was not at home, the customer is obliged to comply with the collection period specified by the postal company before the delivery is returned.Any additional costs to deliver the CD or CDs thereafter will be at the customer’s expense.Ragazze Quartet is not responsible for errors in the address provided.
Any additional costs incurred to still send to the correct address are at the customer’s expense.
The client has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt. Payment can only be returned if the CD or CDs are still in their original packaging.
Tickets for concerts and events
Ragazze Quartet does not sell tickets for concerts and events through its website.Ragazze Quartet is therefore neither responsible nor liable for any consequences of the purchase, loss or theft of tickets for concerts or performances given by Ragazze Quartet, nor for any costs incurred or damage suffered as a result of cancellations, changes or delays.When purchasing one or more tickets for Ragazze Quartet events, the general sales and delivery conditions of the event venue apply.During all events, the visitor conditions and house rules of the concert venue apply.
Friend Membership
Becoming a friend of Ragazze Quartet via the website is via an application form.The processing of this order form is done through the Amici delle Ragazze Foundation.After completing the order and receiving payment, the Friends Foundation will contact you and you will receive Friends newsletters and, when applicable, special actions and (discount) offers.
Image and sound recording
Photographing, filming and/or making audio recordings of concerts and events is not allowed unless coordinated in advance with the event venue and Ragazze Quartet.
Ragazze Quartet has at all times the right to make image and sound recordings, even if this leads to inconvenience, nuisance or limited visibility for the visitor of an event, although Ragazze Quartet will do its utmost to minimise any inconvenience, nuisance or limited visibility in the case of recordings.
Visitors agree to appear visibly on screen for any image recordings, including those made available online on Ragazze Quartet’s channels, unless visitors have indicated in writing at least 24 hours prior to the concert via marketing@ragazzequartet.nl or half an hour before the start of the concert that they do not wish to grant permission for this.
