New photo by Valentina Vos
We came across photographer Valentina Vos through her photos in Volkskrant magazine: slightly overexposed, slightly crooked, not posed and a bit messy – this playfulness immediately appealed to us!
When we went to take photos with her ourselves, our office turned out to be just a bit small to roll out the background roll all the way, hence the green tapes on the floor. Valentina said she could crop the photo, but when we saw the result, we actually liked it better with the rough edges and the suspended ceiling. The contrast with our styled outfit gives the photo instant edge.
